Objectives

To develop leadership, discipline, and accountability among members by assigning responsibilities, enforcing standards, and rewarding consistent effort and contribution.

To prepare students for hackathcns, internships, and placements by strengthening coding logic, project experience, teamwork, and real- world problem-solving ability.

To create a collaborative technical community where students can share
ideas, work on projects together:, and grow beyond classroom limitations.

To provide a structured learningroadmap from first year to final year, enabling
students to develop technical competence, confidence, and clarity about
their career paths.

To build strong programming fundamentals among engineering students by introducing coding from the absolůte basics and gradually progressing toward advanced, real-world applications.

To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirerments
through hands-on projects, practical problem-solving, and exposure to modern development practices.

To promote a culture of learning through execution, where students gain
skills by bulding, experimenting, and iterating rather than relying solely on
theoretical instruction.

To encourage peer-to-peer learning and mentorship, allowing senior students to guide juniors and create a sustainable learning ecosystem within the college.
