Welcome to the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology the department offers four year B.E. Degree course in Computer Science & Information Technology

The department aims to develop competent and socially responsible engineers in the domain of Data Science for noteworthy contributions to the society. Solve basic analytical problems using engineering tools, and be proficient and efficient in the use of these tools. Be able to identify necessary known and unknown information towards a solution and the process to be followed to arrive at a solution.

Objectives: The objective of the Computer Science & Information Technology Department at Bharat College of Engineering is to provide students with a comprehensive education in the field of Computer Science & Information Technology

Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.

Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.

The engineer and society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.
