Overview

The department has well qualified and dedicated faculty. The department strives to impart knowledge and training of the highest standard.
All the laboratories are equipped with latest instruments and experimental setups, lab records, lab manuals, User manuals, journals etc.
The department provides assistance in field projects, internships in various industries. Industrial visits are arranged to various industries to familiar with practical knowledge. Students are also encouraged to participate in Value Added Training Programs and Extension Activities organized at institute levels.
Various Training Programs, Seminar, Workshop, lecture series are organized by eminent of Industrialist and Academician from institute of Repute.

Objective & Outcome

Objectives: The objective of the Mechanical Department at Bharat College of Engineering is to provide students with a comprehensive education in mechanical engineering. Our curriculum covers subjects such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, machine design, manufacturing processes, and robotics. We aim to produce graduates who are skilled in applying mechanical principles to real-world engineering challenges.

4	PO.4	Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.
5	PO.5	Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.
6	PO.6	The engineer and society: Apply reasoning informed by the contextual knowledge to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to the professional engineering practice.
