The Training and Placement Cell of BCOE-Badlapur, handles campus placement of the engineering students. TPO cell is a cell by the students, for the students and of the students. The college has a full-fledged placement cell in order to help students to choose an appropriate career and improve their interpersonal skills. This Cell provides full support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. The institute aims at providing organizations with talent who are an appropriate fit for the corporate world’s needs. College has a dedicated team which works throughout the year to provide better placement.

Planning and organizing various Placement drives in campus.
To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
Finding, informing and managing Pool Placements drives.
To have good relations with the recruiters.
Managing Recruiters correspondence and feedbacks.
Arranging meetings with Human Resources Department of companies and TPO’s to promote recruitments.
Provide career guidance in Higher education, placements and entrepreneurship to students.
